Definitive and highly accurate decenter measurement device available on-site
This device is a transmission-type decenter measurement device using the collimator optical method.
The measurable range of the focal length is broad enough, from plus/minus a few millimeters to infinity (plane). Also with a variety of lens rotators and holders, it can achieve accurate decenter measurement. Its compact, space-saving and user-friendly design has a solid reputation with many clients, for its effectiveness in labor savings, quality improvement, and streamlining at manufacturing locations.

Thus, we are happy to introduce the CS-A1100, a further developed high-accuracy decenter measurement device.

A projected line and cross-line (emission line)


Eliminate the possibility of user error by converting a projected image into cross-lines.

Calculate and display the decenter quantity based on the locus of an intersection of the cross-lines associated with the rotation of a lens.

The minimum reading of the decenter quantity is 1 second.

The device can also measure the angle of deviation in the wedge prism or between parallel planes.

A portable PC is also available for operations.

Auto measurement mode


Measurements are taken at regular intervals as the lens is rotated. Then, the least-squares method is used to approximate a circle and automatically calculate the decenter quantity. The data is then instantly displayed and saved, and the results are consistent and free of major anomalies.
Eliminate any deviated points to achieve stable calculation.


Manual measurement mode


The operator rotates a lens and sets up the left-most and right-most positions to find the decenter quantity.
The screen view includes only the crossed lines and the scale, making it easy to see the screen and obtain precise measurement. This mode is useful for centering and for checks after centering.

Centering mode


Enlarge the central part of the display during centering or during the check after centering, or display only the cross-lines and the scale lines. This is particularly effective in manual measurement mode and measurement with a cross-scale.

Measured data is immediately saved as a CSV file in your PC. From this file, a “measurement results table” in Excel format can be created, which includes operator names, measurement dates/times, lens numbers, measured values, judgments, and standard errors.

Reliable measurement with an easy-to-operate structure


Adopting a navigation chart, it is easy to find the center of a target image.

Adopting an XY stage, it is easy to move a target image to the center of the screen.

Its solid monolithic structure with a wide and open stage enables consistent measurement.

Focus knobs at the right and left for coarse and fine adjustment enable fast and accurate focal adjustment.

A compact and space-saving design

With the clamp stage lock knob, various stages are exchangeable.

The brightness adjuster of the projected line is located under the stage.

A UV-cut filter is embedded in the main unit.





RS-12

The stage anchors the lens to be measured by suction onto a two-pin holder or resin holder. To support various types of lens flanges, the height of the rotation pulley is adjustable. The diameter of a rotatable lens ranges from 3 mm to 76 mm. A special (custom) holder with a bearing is available for the decenter measurement of a lens tube.

The bar used to anchor flanges is eliminated to secure space for centering operations. A two-pin holder is available.
