Decenter measurement of transmission & reflection types
Easily measure both reflection and transmission decenters.
 
Quickly capture the focal point and the spherical center.
The newly developed image processing/analysis software and the magnet-scale quickly capture the focal point of the lens under testing and the spherical center of each surface.
 
Stable rotator
The motor-driven lens rotator (RS-12/RS-13) supports lenses of diameters from φ3 mm to φ78 mm; achieves stable rotation with its suction pump.
 
Wide range of measurement
The available field lenses are: 10X lens with a long working distance, f=40 mm lens, f=100 mm lens, f=200 mm lens, and f=minus lens (currently being developed). These support a wide range of measurements.

Reflection measurement
Capture the reflected image with the field lens installed under the autocollimator and analyze the image movement in accordance with the rotation of the lens for decenter measurement.

Measurable R
Concave: R=-3 mm to -160 mm (with an f=40 mm lens or a 10X microscope lens)
Convex: R=+3 mm to +160 mm (with a 10X lens or an f=200 mm lens)
Transmission measurement
Project collimated light beams to the lens, measure the difference in the image on the focal plane due to rotation of the lens, and calculate the decenter quantity.

Measuring range
Plus lens: Focal length 3 mm to 160 mm (with an f=40 mm lens or 10X microscope lens)
Minus lens: Focal length 3 mm to 160 mm (with an f=100 mm or f=200 mm lens)
Detection resolution
With a 10X field lens for microscopes: 0.32 μm
With an f=40 mm lens: 0.64 μm
With an f=100 mm lens: 1.6 μm
